Turning a Vision into Reality
Henry has had a passion for planning and designing events since he can remember. He was previously the co-owner of Bow Tie Events Planning & Coordinating for 3 years, and decided to take on a new business venture. He brings with him the experience and the knowledge of the event planning and coordinating industry, as well as outstanding client relations via working as a Customer Service Manager for a financial institution.
He has excellent organizational skills, is very detail-oriented, and is one tough cookie when it comes to negotiating costs and finding deals to help clients save money on any and every aspect of an event.
When Henry isn't busy trying to bargain shop for the best prices for his clients, he is usually seen out on the field playing recreational softball with his team the Long Beach Crushers. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his godson. Henry is an avid hiker, a Spartan/Tough Mudder racer, loves Game of Thrones, and enjoys the occasional visit to Disneyland and Six Flags Magic Mountain.

John has a million ideas in his head and is excited to share them with you. He has 11 years experience with corporate events where he worked with a team to put on a variety of holiday parties, employee appreciations and his personal favorite, Halloween celebrations. He is excited to venture out with his skills to help all individuals find their dreams come true for their special occasion. As a self proclaimed muse, he is sure he can make your vision a reality.
When he is not helping others fulfill their dreams, he is helping others any way he can. He enjoys volunteering for everything from food drives and festivals to sporting events and comic conventions. He loves traveling to new places, meeting new people and making the most out of life.

Event Planner Do?
It's an Event Planner's job to ensure everything related to an event is taken care of, from idea conception to programming and Day-Of logistics. An Event Planner is charged with creating experiences and bringing visions to life, which means stirring multiple pots.
Meeting with clients, scouting locations, managing vendor relationships and client communications, establishing and negotiating contracts, and managing budgets are all part of the drill, as are setting and managing clients' and vendors' expectations.
